A short time ago, Molitor offered a unique workshop: a masterclass in collaboration with renowned watchmaker IWC. A watch is more than just a simple accessory; it contains many details that we cannot even begin to imagine. This masterclass allowed us to explore what lies beneath its beautiful appearance. During the workshop, it was essential to be well equipped. That is why the group of participants donned lab coats and sat around tables illuminated by work lights. The goal was to disassemble and assemble a movement. Using tools such as tweezers, flat screwdrivers and watchmaker’s loupes, participants gradually discovered the secrets hidden in a watch.
Concentration and precision are crucial to remember each important step in the process.
